“Hang In There”

AMRAP 12 minutes:
60 Double-Unders
12 Single Arm Kettlebell Hang Power Snatches @ 53/35lb
6 Strict Handstand Push-Up
Rest 30 seconds
*switch every 3 reps on the KB snatches

Scaling:
– Scale double unders to 90 single unders.
– Scale strict hspu to a riser then to pike push up
