250m Run
50 Hang Power Cleans @155/105lbs
*If you don’t have a sled sub 100m (light pole to light pole and back) Front Rack Lunge (w/1xDB @50/35lbs) so 50m each.
**Scale to a weight you can keep at least 5 reps unbroken with on the HPC.
