Deadlift + Box Jump (3+3)
Every 3 minutes for 6 sets
70% of max – Dead stop, focus on speed!
Increase box height as able.

 

5 Sets – For Quality:

5 – 10 Pistols each leg
15 – 20 Double Unders or Cross Overs
*Pick the one that needs the most work.
