4 x 7 – build to a 7RM
or
4 x 10/each leg 1-leg deadlift w/dumbbell
Run 1 minute, walk for 1 minute
Repeat x 4
Run :30 seconds, walk for 1 minute
Repeat x 4
Run :15 seconds, walk for 1 minute
Repeat x 4
**Run hard for each interval

** We will meet at Carver Park at 10 AM and 5:30 PM for a track workout (yes, running!).
