My CrossFit journey began in 2010, where goals were met, then new goals and aspirations were set. CrossFit brings more than a physical activity and the benefit of great looks but it also gives good mental health and increases self confidence. I must admit there have been obstacles, but along my journey I have learned to become better, more efficient and how to overcome my weaknesses by becoming stronger.
As a coach, I am pleased to have the opportunity to coach and help other athletes achieve their individual goals by becoming stronger.
