My journey with CrossFit began in 2011 at the urging of two friends. “You will love it” they said and they were absolutely right.

I grew up playing. Always active throughout my life. Team sports, recreational sports and personal challenges such as 1/2 and full marathons, biathlons and obstacle races. I never lifted a barbell until I was 47 years old.

I enjoy the whole realm of CrossFit. Daily WOD’s, coaching, spectating and competing some myself at CrossFit events. Most importantly though, I love the spirit of the CrossFit community.

I hope to help and inspire others through CrossFit and our community to be as strong and healthy as possible. Quality of life matters.
