50m Sled Drag (length from one light pole to the next)
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 Front Squats @170/115lbs
10/8 Push Ups
50m Sled Drag
*Goal is to go unbroken on the front squats or just break up the last couple sets. Sled drag weight should be challenging and a bit of a grind.
