*Rest 2:00 bt sets
**Build to a heavy single based on feel this will be the baseline to work on for this month, we will then re-test as the end of the month.

In 12:00 Perform:
50 Sit Ups
10 Wall Walks
50 Sit Ups
10 Wall Walks
Then in remaining time AMRAP
Bar Muscle Ups
*Scale the wall walks in order to have at least 2 minutes for bar muscle ups or cap the first part at 10:00 so everyone moves onto the bar muscle ups.
