*Work up in small jumps to find a heavy Double power clean for today, should take 5-7 sets.
**Start at 65-70% of 1RM power clean and work up.

*Flow goes: 50 DUs then 10 power cleans then 10 DHSPUs then 50 DUs 8 Power Cleans 8 DHSPUs etc…
