ODD: Push Ups or Handstand Push Ups x 5
EVEN: Hollow Body Hold x 20 seconds

5 x 5 – Build to a 5RM
5 x 10/each side, 1-leg deadlifts
Every 4 minutes for 6 Rounds
200m Run
10 Pistols or 20 Air Squats
200m Run
10 Tuck Jumps


– If you do not have a method of measuring 200m, run for 45 seconds instead. Example: 45 second run, 20 air squats, 45 second run, 10 tuck jumps, rest remaining time.
