|5 x 10/each side, 1-leg deadlifts|
|Every 4 minutes for 6 Rounds|
|10 Pistols or 20 Air Squats|
|10 Tuck Jumps|
– If you do not have a method of measuring 200m, run for 45 seconds instead. Example: 45 second run, 20 air squats, 45 second run, 10 tuck jumps, rest remaining time.
