120/100 Cal Bike
60 DB Snatches @70/50lbs
90 Burpee Box Jumps @24/20”
*Split everything as desired with a partner. I suggest doing 12s or 10s on the bike, 6s on the DB snatches and 5s or 9s on the burpees in order to keep the intensity high.
