We are proud to announce our SEVENTH Annual Throwdown! Come out to test your fitness, challenge yourself and the competitors around you.
This year’s Throwdown will feature the following divisions:
Complete each of the following segments for time:
1- 500m Row
2- 40/30 Calorie Assault Bike
3- 30 Burpees to a target
Athletes will have 3 minutes to complete each segment – row, bike, burpees. If the athlete does not complete the prescribed work within the 3 minute time cap, their score will be the amount of work completed at the time cap.
Athletes will not advance to the next segment until the allotted 3 minutes has expired.
Each segment – row, bike, burpees, is scored individually. Men in both divisions will complete 40 calories on the Assault Bike and women will complete 30 calories.
Clean & Jerk Ladder
Athletes will complete a series of progressively heavier lifts until they are no longer able to successfully execute a clean & jerk. Weights and specific time allotments will be forth coming.

50’ Overhead Walking Lunge
15 Toes to Bar
Overhead walking lunges will be performed with a single kettlebell, 25ft with each arm.
RX divisions will utilize a 70lb kettlebell for the men and 53lb kettlebell for the women.
Scaled divisions will utilize a 53lb kettlebell for the men and a 35lb kettlebell for the women and will do hanging knee raises instead of toes to bar.
Athletes will complete 10 thrusters, then 100 double-unders, 8 thrusters then 80 double-unders, etc..
RX MEN – 155lbs
RX WOMEN – 105lbs
SCALED MEN – 115lbs
SCALED WOMEN – 75lbs
The scaled division will complete single-unders instead of double-unders, but will utilize the same rep scheme.
