We are proud to announce our SEVENTH Annual Throwdown! Come out to test your fitness, challenge yourself and the competitors around you.
The 7th Annual CrossFit Yuma Throwdown is fast approaching and there are a few things we want to share with all the competitors to ensure the event runs smooth and everyone enjoys their experience.
Event check in will begin at 7am (Arizona time) on Saturday, December 8th. If you are traveling from out of town, please be aware of the time change and plan accordingly. If you have registered for the event, but still need to pay, please show up early enough to take care of that and get checked in.
The athlete briefing for the first workout will occur promptly at 8:05am and the workout will begin at 8:15am.
There are a total of five (5) workouts for this event and all competitors will compete in all five (5) events. As of now only four workouts have been released; the fifth and final event will be released on Wednesday, December 5th.
We have drinking fountains available; however, we encourage all competitors to bring their own food and water. There are nearby restaurants and grocery stores, but there may be limited time between workouts to leave and get food or water. Please plan ahead and come prepared. We have plenty of space outside for popup tents and chairs to relax between workouts as well.
