Back Squat – 20 Reps @ 50% – 55%
In Teams of 2 or 3, with a running clock:
5 minutes to run 750m
with remaining time do max box jumps
7 minutes to run 750m
with remaining time do max axle bar push press
(75/55)
Finish with 3 mins of max burpees.
**Only one person works at a time.
